Pravesh is the energetic face behind GreenHat Ventures. A young entrepreneur with huge drive and passion for success. Pravesh is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur. Before he started his entrepreneurship journey he was working with Quetzal group (A startup by a group of IIM Ahmadabad graduates) where he was responsible for bringing new businesses in the field of employability and skill enhancement training for college students. Back at his college he was the co-founder and coordinator of a NGO called "Technology Transfer Group"(A students’ initiative facilitating marketing & transfer of commercially viable technologies to the industry), where he led a team of 30 people. Pravesh has also interned at General Electric (GE Healthcare, Bangalore) and also visited University of Porto, Portugal as an Exchange Student during summers (may-July) 2006. Pravesh has participated in various national and international Business plan contests and have won prizes for same. Pravesh is passionate about the huge potential of our young generation and plays an active role in youth leadership by helping them make better careers for themselves. Before starting on this venture, he worked with Oracle for a year and was in the team that handled Core Services of Next Generation Oracle Collaboration suite, Beehive. He was responsible for designing and implementing Standalone synchronization mechanism for all popular server Microsoft exchange, SUN One, IBM Tivoli, Red hat, Openldap. His work in oracle has been published International Conference on Software Engg. He is author of 2 journals published in IEEE TCAD and also has 2 conference papers to his name. He has done internships in field of Logic verification and ERP implementation at Tata Consultancy services and Softjin Pvt Ltd. Gaurav has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science & Engg. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. |

Mithun heads the web platform development at GreenHat. Before joining GreenHat Mithun was a member of the Windows Live Core team at Microsoft where he worked on Live Mesh, Microsoft's Software Services platform headed by Ray Ozzie, Chief Software Architect of Microsoft. He worked extensively as a developer and tester on the Sync platform, the Developer API, cloud infrastructure and applications for Windows Mobile and WAP. He has a passion for coding and has won several programming contests. He has done internships in the area of security, codecs and network hardware at iViz Technologies, PaceSoft and IBM. He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Technology from IIT Kharagpur. |

is currently working as a Senior Sales Executive at, Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd for the last 2 years. His client portfolio in the Media industry included the FMCG, Auto, Finance, Retail and Online players.
He loves most good things in life - music, sports, food and people. He completed his B.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur before doing his MBA from IIM Calcutta. He interned with JP Morgan Chase, Hong Kong. |

Co founded GreenHat along with Pravesh and Gaurav in September 2008 and headed Business Development till August 2009. Currently Arindam is pursuing his two year MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston. Prior to GreenHat, he has worked with Procter & Gamble, India, successfully leading the start-up operations of a new manufacturing unit and representing the same on the Global Baby Care Operations Platform. He has served as VP, Technology Students’ Gymkhana of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Industrial Engg. & Management from the same institute. |

Currently pursuing his Undergraduate degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he has surely started off early on the road to entrepreneurship. Having successfully managed the activities of the "Technology Transfer Group" as Student Coordinator and been the Governor of the "Technology Literary Society", Saurabh reflects the thoughts and aspirations of the next generation of India that's entering the professional world. |

Currently in the penultimate year of his Dual Degree Course in Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, having successfully organised a lot of events as the Coordinator, Organising Team of GENESIS, Annual Biotech Fest, IIT Kharagpur and Governor, "Bengali Technology Dramatics Society" besides being a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, 2008 and 2009 along with numerous distinctions in sports, music and cultural events at IIT Kharagpur, he has a strong entrepreneurial inclination along with global leadership. |
